The agreement behind the page.
By using allcampus.uk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms apply to the corporate website only. A separate agreement may apply if you later use an advisory service, enter a partnership or use UniStart.
About these terms.
This website is operated by AllCampus UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11659728. Our registered office is Unit 7 Landmere Lane, Edwalton, Nottingham, NG12 4DG, United Kingdom, and our operating office is The Old Post Office, Victoria St, Derby, DE1 1EQ.
You may contact us at [email protected]. Our privacy notice separately explains how we use personal information.
Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not by itself create an obligation to apply, pay, enrol or enter a partnership.
What this website provides.
allcampus.uk presents information about AllCampus UK, our advisory approach, who we help, our operating locations, our relationship with UniStart and ways to contact us. Guides are written to help adults understand common university questions in plain English.
Website content is general information. It is not legal, immigration, financial or careers advice, and it is not a personal eligibility decision. Contacting us allows us to understand your question; it does not mean that we have accepted an application or agreed to provide a particular service.
Guidance and decisions.
We aim to explain realistic routes clearly, but universities, education providers, Student Finance England and other relevant bodies make their own decisions under their current rules. Information may change between publication, enquiry and application.
Eligibility, funding, course availability and entry requirements depend on your circumstances, the provider, intake and current Student Finance England rules. AllCampus UK provides guidance and application support but cannot guarantee admission, funding or employment.
Before acting on time-sensitive information, check the current official source or ask us which source applies to your circumstances. Nothing on this website is an offer of admission, funding, employment or immigration status.
Acceptable use.
You may use the website for lawful personal, educational or business-information purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, forms or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, overload the service or interfere with another person's use;
- use the website or our identity for fraud, impersonation, misleading recruitment or unlawful activity;
- submit information that you do not have the right to share; or
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the website in a way that infringes our rights or misrepresents the source.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or our legal rights.
Intellectual property.
Unless stated otherwise, AllCampus UK or its licensors own the website design, text, branding, photographs, graphics and other original material on allcampus.uk. AllCampus UK and UniStart are distinct brand identities and must not be presented as belonging to another organisation.
You may view, print or save reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use. You must keep source notices intact. Any broader reproduction, commercial reuse, adaptation or republication requires our prior written permission, except where the law allows otherwise.
UniStart and external links.
AllCampus UK created UniStart, but UniStart is a distinct digital service. When you follow a link to unistart.app, an app store, WhatsApp, a booking service, GOV.UK or another external website, that service's own terms and privacy information may apply.
Links are provided because they may be useful. Unless we expressly say otherwise, a link does not mean that we control, endorse or accept responsibility for all content, availability or practices on the external service. Course information and application functionality on UniStart may also be subject to additional product terms.
Availability and liability.
We take reasonable care with this website, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We may update, suspend or remove content where reasonably necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information where a current official or personal decision was required, or for problems caused by an external service outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law, changes and contact.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use the courts of another part of the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or the law. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Material changes apply from publication and do not remove rights that have already arisen.
These terms are written with regard to official UK guidance on fair consumer terms and company website disclosures.
